Physical therapy is the cornerstone of the entire ZOOM experience. At ZOOM, the physical therapist coordinates all practice groups to ensure proper client treatment and ensure that the highest standards of medical protocol are maintained.
Our physical therapists have backgrounds in orthopedic evaluation and rehabilitation, while working hand-in-hand with physicians to design and implement a customized program for each patient.
Additional areas of expertise include: manual therapy, functional exercise, movement analysis, functional biomechanical assessment, functional exercise training, plyometrics, sport-specific strengthening, range of motion, pre and post testing for strength, speed, agility and balance, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular facilitation, exercise prescription and a full range of therapeutic modalities.

Every patient receives a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation prior to the initial treatment of their injury. Time is spent educating each patient on their respective injury and what to expect during their treatment.

ZOOM focuses on traditional physical therapy practices, providing modalities that help remediate, rehabilitate and prevent orthopedic injuries for patients ranging from pediatric to mature.

At the conclusion of therapy, patients are provided the option of enrolling in ZOOM's Extended Rehabilitation Program. This self-directed program can serve as an ongoing solution to improving a patient's overall performance beyond simple daily activities.

ZOOM offers "Back to Sport" Programs designed specifically to return an athlete to the playing field, court or mat. Programs include the ACL Bridge Program, as well as other lower extremity injuries.
